“I feel like this call was key to my confidence and success”
What we offer our candidates is an understanding of recruitment and the employers perspective. This helps them to tailor their CV and Cover Letter to best showcase themselves and how to get it seen. As we help them rewrite their profiles and get to know our candidates better, offering them encouragement wherever and whenever they need it, we start to see an increase of motivation and confidence, improving their mindset and wellbeing.
Many of our candidates feels the benefits of Recro’s personal assistance to getting them back into work. One such candidate, EP, had this to say:
“I just wanted to let you know of what an amazing job Abby has done in helping me succeed in finding work. She has been there every step of the way since I took part in the Rapid Return to Work course, with regular check-ins to make sure I was progressing, and then helping in any way she could.
When I got an interview for the kickstarter role, Abby was quick to suggest a Zoom call the day before the interview to help prepare and suggested for me to make notes on how my previous experience related to each individual job duty. On our call Abby then went through each duty with me answering in a mock interview fashion. I feel like this call was key to my confidence and success in the actual interview process, as I felt I had all bases covered, and “walked” out of the interview feeling like I did my absolute best.
I’ve felt massive support throughout this whole process due to Abby’s constant contribution to my job search, and I shall definitely be recommending Recro’s courses to my friends who are still looking for work, as the aftercare support I have received is unmatched.”
