Programme for graduates, professionals and executives – Canning Town and Stratford

Life changing programme held in local venue – a mix of group sessions over 2 weeks, followed by intensive one-to-one online recruiter coaching sessions

This is a highly effective, innovative and life changing programme which combines personal and professional development with recruitment expertise, coaching and career mentoring. It is a specialist course aimed at supporting graduates, professionals and executives to find a role that is right for them. The programme offers a mix of group and individual coaching sessions.

Normally over 80% of people successfully continue their careers following the programme. It is personalised to each individual and their needs. It will help identify where they need additional support and help lay the foundations to give new tools and techniques to meet the challenges ahead.

We find our bespoke approach allows candidates to improve their recruitment knowledge in areas that need some improvement, whilst honing areas that they already know. We believe recruitment is a percentage game and making small improvements to every area of recruitment whether this is market knowledge, confidence, widening job search etc leads people nearer to their goals quicker.

How the course will

Help you

This programme is a combination of personal and professional development, including sports psychology, coupled with intensive proactive recruitment support and coaching.

In such a competitive jobs market, being able to make marginal gains is essential, as is being able to recognise and change your state and mindset, to help you perform at your best.

This material is often the preserve of corporates, high performance sports teams and athletes and people investing in their development.

Criteria

The course is aimed at Graduates, Professionals and Executives registered with Stratford or Canning Town Job Centres. You are not eligible if you are on the Restart Programme.

Timings

The two week course will include 8 sessions. Dates are as follows:

Week 1: Tues 20 Oct, Weds 21 Oct, Thurs 22 Oct and Fri 23 Oct – 10am – 4pm (4 sessions)

Week 2: Tues 27 Oct, Weds 28 Oct, Thurs 29 Oct and Fri 30 Oct – 10am – 4pm (4 sessions)

Followed by intensive one to one’s over 4-6 weeks sessions including weekly sessions with a professional recruiter and specific sessions to help with improving interview techniques, CV support, widening network, market mapping, improving online presence and identifying suitable roles and introductions via our network.

Plus 13 weeks ongoing coaching support from an experienced recruiter.
