Programme for Executives, Professionals and Graduates
This is a highly effective, innovative and life changing programme which combines personal and professional development with recruitment expertise, coaching and career mentoring. It is a specialist course aimed at supporting graduates and executives to find a role that is right for them. The programme offers a mix of group and individual coaching sessions.
Normally over 80% of people successfully continue their careers following the programme. It is personalised to each individual and their needs. It will help identify where they need additional support and help lay the foundations to give new tools and techniques to meet the challenges ahead.

- Enhanced job search techniques, maximising use of LinkedIn and online marketing
- Professional CV improvement and finessing

- Identifying and building an effective network of Recruitment Consultants
- How to access the hidden job market
- The different methods of recruitment used by companies
- Understanding the role of AI in recruitment
- How to research and understand company culture and fit
- Competency-based applications and interviews, assessment centres and psychometric tests
- Market mapping and broadening your search
- Developing your USP (unique selling point)

Timings
The two week course will include 8 sessions and will commence Tuesday 30 June 2026.
Week 1: Tues 30 June, Weds 1 July, Thurs 2 July and Fri 3 July — 10am to 4pm (4 sessions)
Week 2: Tues 7 July, Weds 8 July, Thurs 9 July and Fri 10 July — 10am to 4pm (4 sessions)
Followed by intensive one to ones over 4 to 6 weeks including weekly sessions with a professional recruiter and specific sessions to help with improving interview techniques, CV support, widening network, market mapping, improving online presence and identifying suitable roles and introductions via our network.
Plus 13 weeks ongoing coaching support.
Venue in Stafford
Rugby Union Football Club, Stafford RUFC, The Country Ground, Blackberry Lane, Stafford ST16 2TT. The venue is 10 minutes walk from the train station. Free car park. Travel expenses are covered.
How the Course Will
This programme is a combination of personal and professional development, including sports psychology, coupled with intensive proactive recruitment support and coaching.
In such a competitive jobs market, being able to make marginal gains is essential, as is being able to recognise and change your state and mindset, to help you perform at your best.
This material is often the preserve of corporates, high performance sports teams and athletes and people investing in their development.
Criteria
The course is aimed at Executives, Professionals and Graduates living in Staffordshire.
